Tulip skirts all the rage!!!!!!!

I'm obsessed with tulip skirts right now! I love the way they shape the hips and also can accentuate the booty too! A tulip skirt would look great with a tank and some high heels. I've been trying to find some at the stores, but no luck yet.

The important thing that makes this outfit work is that you have to tuck in your tank top or else it will look sloppy and makes you look shapeless. You need to tuck in the tank top to enhance your hips and define the outfit more.
